AMAZING TECHNIQUE TO RELIÌEVE STRESS, ANXIETY, PANIC ATTACK, OVERTHINKING AND OCD
Overthinking, negative thoughts, obsessive thoughts, or anxiety and panic attacks are common problems for most of us in today's fast and chaotic life. One of the most effective therapies for dealing with all these problems is acceptance and commitment therapy known as ACT. Together with you, we will practice the âleaves on a streamâ meditation from act, and it is a very effective exercise in soothing THE MIND. However, before moving on to the exercise, I would like to tell you a little about why and how this exercise works.
