Workplaces are vital part of People Actioning Change Together. I have only ever met one employer who accepted they could do more in improving the wellbeing of their employees. That contrasts starkly with employees' experiences.
Employers and Government need to be honest about the problem that we face and not kid themselves that we are acting already.
This article is a good start for businesses but much more is required when someone tells you they have depression. Part of my day job is to assist business with their governance requirements and wellbeing of staff is vital for good governance.
